Our Response to DMCA Notices
After receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the disputed material. Where appropriate, we will notify the user or party that provided the material so they have an opportunity to submit a counter notification.Counter Notification
If your content has been removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you are authorized to use the material, you may submit a counter notification to our Copyright Agent. - Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district of residence, or if outside the United States then the federal courts located where The Modern Headline is based, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice
